This month, we’re excited to introduce Bri, one of our incredible Service Advisors! She started at Gamblin in March 2023 and has quickly become an essential part of our service team. Get to know Bri a little better!

🔧 How long have you been with Gamblin, and what do you enjoy most about your role as a service advisor?
I started at Gamblin in March of 2023 as a cashier/rental clerk. In February 2024, I transitioned into my current role as an internal service writer.
🚗 What inspired you to get into the automotive industry?
No one is more surprised than I am that I ended up in this business! Before this, all I could tell you about a vehicle was its color. I was inspired by watching Kamryn write service and encouraged by Bob to give it a try. If I hadn’t had that unwavering support, I wouldn’t have lasted a week!
🛠 What’s a typical day like for you in the service department?
There aren’t many “typical” days in service, and that’s what I love! It’s fast-paced and high stakes, but there’s a rush that comes with it. My role is all about working with technicians to communicate and address customer concerns efficiently while also helping customers understand the pricing and necessity of repairs.
☀️ When you’re not at work, how do you like to spend your free time?
I’m usually hanging out with my husband, Gavin, or my amazing family. I also love to cook and bake for my loved ones—including my dog, Hazel!
⛳ Do you have any hobbies or special interests?
I enjoy golfing with my husband and family! I’ve been golfing for about three years, while Gavin has been at it since he was a toddler. I love learning from him and seeing my progress.
🚗 If you could take a road trip anywhere, where would you go?
I actually get super antsy on long drives! But I do love driving through the Ellensburg canyon in the summer and taking in the views.
🌞 What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend?
Soaking up the sunshine with my family—usually playing a round of 18 at the Enumclaw Golf Course!
🐶 Do you have any pets?
Yes! I have a 4-year-old dog named Hazel. She’s half Border Collie, half Australian Shepherd, and the silliest little munchkin. She loves everyone she meets and has tons of tricks to show off!
🤟 What’s one fun fact about you?
My husband and I met while learning sign language—he was actually the TA for my class! We both can still sign pretty extensively, which was especially helpful when we worked in Ellensburg, where there was a big deaf and hard-of-hearing community.
☕ If you weren’t in the automotive industry, what do you think you’d be doing?
I’d probably still be working in coffee! I spent six years at Starbucks and loved the fast-paced, cheerful environment.
