Rollover Sensing System

Detects vehicle rollover and deploys air bag restraint system to protect occupants.

StabiliTrak Electronic Stability Control System uses a yaw sensor, lateral accelerometer and steering angle sensor to continually monitor the driver’s steering input and the vehicle’s actual course. If the vehicle does not respond properly, StabiliTrak automatically engages the appropriate braking and traction controls to help the driver get back on the intended course.
